SLS is Proud to Serve!
Service of process is the formal, legal delivery of court documents—typically a summons and complaint—to a defendant to initiate a lawsuit and establish court jurisdiction. It ensures due process, notifying parties of legal actions against them. Proper service is mandatory; improper service can invalidate a case.
Our experienced team will help you determine the right method of service for your legal documents according to Colorado law. We conduct due diligence to achieve a high rate of success and our clients receive supporting GPS and photo evidence that leaves no room for doubt. The server will then complete an affidavit or proof of service form, which is filed with the court to prove the documents were delivered.
